Number #4 on the football field, Sammie Laboy, is a leader to many on and off the field. Laboy has played football since 8^th grade with The King’s Academy and has only gone up from there. With his recent uphill trajectory this season at TKA, he has really begun to shine with his God-given talents on the field. Not even two months into the season, he has already achieved twenty tackles and two touchdowns for his team. Sammie has attributed his overall success to God’s grace of providing him with these talents. He is selfless and shows this by saying, “It is important to put the wellbeing and success of the team before my own personal goals.” Sammie continues to grow on the field with his ambition and dedication to the team through God.
