Aaliyah Dobson, Contributor
Aaliyah Dobson is a junior at The King’s Academy where she is currently in her second year. She is a Law Scholarship ambassador where she partakes in the role of learning about the different types of laws, educating herself and others on law, and finding out what it takes to become an attorney. She also holds the role of President of the Mock Trial Club and is a member of the JV Mock Trial Team. While participating in clubs and societies such as Reasonable Faith, Group 3:16, Journalism Club, National Honor Society, Math National Honor Society, and Tri-M Music Honor Society, in her free time, Aaliyah enjoys learning new songs on the Piano, singing, reading, and having deep controversial conversations. Aaliyah has a passion for worship so, not only does she ever so often help to worship in the Chapel, but she also sings at her church, Christ Fellowship. With her favorite subjects being History and Law, Aaliyah loves to write about past events and how they relate to our current society; she also enjoys writing about fictional events. Aaliyah is extremely excited about joining the Journalism club simply because she can write about current events, and be a voice for the students in the Lion Ledger.
